At Parallel Products, it is our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in the National Customer Service Department that makes the difference. Our CSR’s are intensely trained to provide the best customer experience possible. They provide assistance for order receipt and processing, scheduling, logistics coordination, tracking and Customer Relationship Management.
Our proprietary business platform also helps the CSR’s provide personal service to meet the individual customer’s needs. Through real-time use of this system, our CSR’s can reference your specific products and any specific shipping or logistics requirements you may have. In addition, they are able to provide immediate updates of the progress of your products throughout the recycling process.
